Payment Options:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards and Paypal for online orders. You can also purchase by mailing in your check or money order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 days of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you immediately by email.

Mail Orders
You can print and mail us your order with a money order or cashier's check payable Diva Boutiques P.O. Box 881732, Los Angeles, Ca 90009. There is a special mail order form located on the bottom of our homepage.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the listed international countries. All website pricing is listed in US dollars. All in-stock international orders are shipped within 2 business days and take 3-7 business days to deliver. And are shipped out through USPS.com

*Shipping options may vary depending the delivery restrictions in your country. Not all shipping methods may be available. *Exact shipping prices are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process. *Additional fees such as taxes, duty, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from your local customs service. Diva Boutiques is not responsible for any of these costs. *Tracking numbers given with every order.

If your country is not listed please contact us. We will only except your order by Mail order with USPS Money orders only. You can find the mail order form located on the bottom of our Homepage.

AUTHORIZATION: International orders may be required to fax/scan proof of being cardholder in order to prevent credit card fraud. Additional information will be emailed once the order has been received. For more information, please contact our Customer Service department. Please Note: For security reasons International online purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit card and Billing and shipping address must match for international orders. All orders are reviewed for accuracy and fraud protection. International orders must provide security code for credit card transactions. U.S. based credit card holders may add an international address as an alternate ship to address as well.

Lost Packages: Shipments are shipped via USPS. In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Please note that claims apply only to insured packages. Lost Uninsured Packages are buyer's responsibility. Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly after 30days from shipment date. If tracking number shows delivered, there's nothing we can do. Will not be responsible for uninsured packages that are lost by the carrier.

Returns

  • Clearance and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (all sales are Final). If you returned the Final Sale items, Diva Boutiques has a right to refuse the returned package at customers cost.

  • Diva Boutiques will not refund for purchases but will exchange or issues store credit in the form of a gift certificate for the item amount minus shipping and handling. 

  • Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders are subject to a 10% processing fee, in addition to all applicable credit card fees and any related fees.

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be exchanged. Items with the tags removed will not be exchanged.

  • All sales are final, but in a rare case we will exchange or issue a gift certificate in the amount of the product you originally purchased minus shipping and handling fees.

  • Problems with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Diva Boutiques will NOT be responsible for problems reported after the 48 hours have past.

  • If product is found on arrival as incorrect when shipped, buyer understands that the product will be replaced or exchanged at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time.

  • Any returned package without the return exchange form will not be processed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

  • All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.

  • All exchanges MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached and must not be worn, stitched, altered and anyway.

  • If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Exchange Form and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing: DivaBoutiques@sbcglobal.net.

  • Fragrance & Beauty Products: FINAL SALE, NO returns will be accepted.

  • Foot Wear: Must be returned in the original footwear box. Any returns sent back in the actual footwear box alone, will be charged an additional repackaging fee.

  • If you want to exchange your item, please fill out the Return / Exchange Form posted on the left in the information side box. Make sure you read the 4 steps on how to return your item. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed. 

Please note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received, so we ask that you purchase the item that you want to exchange. Once the item is received a refund for the returned item will be credited back to yur account.
